About ClubNet

Professional sport is surrounded by big money sponsorship but relatively little of it trickles down to grassroots sport. ClubNet was launched in January 2006 to help amateur sports clubs across all sports find additional ways to raise money or save money and so help their Club develop.

Combining over 15 years involvement in grassroots sport as a player and club official with a successful career with accountancy firm KPMG, ClubNet founder Allan Hawkey brings commercial experience and knowledge together with a real understanding of the workings of amateur sport.

In developing its two guiding philosphies - RAISING MONEY and SAVING MONEY - ClubNet aims to help clubs of all sizes benefit from ClubNet's ability to negotiate opportunities on a national scale that Clubs could not hope to achieve on a local scale.

Raising Money

By bringing together ClubNet's national network of Clubs, ClubNet has been able to negotiate a number of opportunities for Clubs to raise extra funds and has successfully worked with names like EDF Energy and Yorkshire Tea. Opportunities include improved bar facilities and sponsorship.

Saving Money

ClubNet offers clubs the chance to benefit from exclusive savings through partner suppliers such as through our partnership with one of the country's largest Bar Supplies wholesalers who offer attractive rates to sports clubs.

Guiding Philosphy

Underlying ClubNet's offers is its central belief that it is your Club and it should remain just that. Not only is it completely FREE to become a ClubNet Club but you also always decide which offers suit you best. With ClubNet, there is never any obligation - you can opt-in or out of any offers available to your Club.
