Lighting control system

With the installation of some new light switches, your bookings system can automatically control your court lights. So there's no need to leave the lights on all day, or for your staff to switch lights on or off, or for your members to have to find the rights coins or tokens for light meters. Whatever your current setup, automated lighting control is sure to help your club.

Court / class fee payments

Many clubs still use stamps, or tokens or coins in a light meter, as the means for members to pay court fees. For classes, there's often the hassle of the instructor collecting coins at the start or end of the session. Now you can benefit from our payments system. Members pay you a balance in advance, you credit their account, and they can book courts while they are in credit, before they need to top up their account.

Pricing

ClubNet Bookings costs just £120 per court / fitness studio per year (or £60 per court per year for outdoor tennis). For multi-use games areas or sports halls, the fee is £60 per year per smallest unit - so if a hall can be split into 4 badminton courts, the fee for the sports hall would be £240 per year

Setup Fee

There is a one-off set up fee of £100

Training

On site training is available for £200 + expenses for a half day course.

If you opt for a ClubNet Website, ClubNet Bookings can be fully integrated as part of your ClubNet Package, so your members have a seamless experience.
