The ClubNet Database has been designed specifically to help Sports Clubs to manage their membership database.

In addition to the Core Package, there is a range of additional modules to suit your club's needs - only add the modules you require so you aren't paying for something you won't use.

Database Lite

For smaller single-sport clubs, or a section of a larger club, we recommend ClubNet Database Lite. This offers much of the functionality of the full database (and is sufficient as the basis for full integration with the website, court and facility bookings and leagues & tournaments modules), but for a lower setup fee and lower cost. Database Lite will offer many clubs significant advantages over an existing member list on a spreadsheet or other similar local system.

The main differences with the full ClubNet Database are that Database Lite includes:

• one login - additional logins can be added for an additional fee
• basic member data
• basic membership category capability, geared to single sport clubs (or sections) with a simple membership structure
• no membership fee tracking facility as standard
