A ClubNet Database offers your club a powerful membership database which is accessible via the internet by secure login with controlled access privileges for designated club officials.

The database can be fully integrated with our Bookings and Leagues & Tournaments systems, so that you only have to update your membership data in one place.  This can save a great deal of time for administrators, and avoid inconsistent or out of date data.

There are two database options:

• Full Database - for multi-sport clubs with many membership categories and more complex membership structures
• Database Lite - for single sport clubs or those with simple membership structures

Both database options offer powerful and highly customisable reporting features - for example, you can view your members by expiry date, by membership category, or indeed any other field in the database.

There are optional features available, including:

• Enquiry form for new members
• Pre-populated forms and letters (e.g. Welcome Letter, Monthly Statement covering letter, Renewal Letters etc)
