A range of clubs use the payments add-on to the Bookings system. Larger clubs with full time reception benefit from fewer small cash payments, freeing up receptionists to perform more valuable tasks. Smaller, unmanned clubs no longer need a cashbox on site or to maintain old token meters or stamp dispensers.
ClubNet provides an integration between the Bookings system and a third party card processor (Stripe or WorldPay) or a Direct Debit provider (GoCardless). ClubNet does not supply payment processing services in-house. Your club will own its account with the payment provider and ClubNet will not be a party to any transactions between your club and your members.

We will set up the software for your online payments add-on to the Bookings system. Our standard setup fee for the add-on is just £100.
We maintain your online payments add-on for you and maintain the technical aspects, including any platform-wide upgrades. Our annual fee is £120.
We will assist you with setting up your account with your chosen payment provider - GoCardless, Stripe or WorldPay. Fees will be confirmed at the time of application, and will be deducted directly by the payment provider from their remittances of funds to the club.
We offer on-site training for £250 for a half day course or £400 for a full day, plus travel expenses.
